Sports taping is an important skill for coaches, trainers,
administrators, teachers, parents and players involved in sport.
Elasto Strapsmart: This level one sports taping workshop offers the beginner technical and practical advice about
strapping athletes. Ankles, fingers and thumbs are covered in this workshop.
Advanced sports taping: Level two is an advanced workshop aimed at providing participants with extensive
knowledge of sports taping and the prevention of injuries. The workshop covers shoulders, knee, foot, shin and elbow
injuries. Prerequisite: Elasto Strapsmart course.

By phone Call 13 13 02 and have your credit card details ready (Visa, Mastercard).
By fax Complete the enrolment form, include your credit card details and fax to (02) 9006 3800.
By mail Complete the enrolment form, include either your credit card details, a cheque or a money order,
and mail to: NSW Sport and Recreation, Locked Bag 1422, Silverwater NSW 2128
Cost per workshop $60. Time 6pm – 9pm. Bring pens and paper and wear comfortable casual clothing.
